The Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is a comprehensive 12–18-month programme designed to equip participants with key leadership skills through a combination of workshops, coaching, mentoring, and online learning. The course covers a wide range of vital topics, including leadership styles, team management, operational strategy, and effective communication. Apprentices are not only taught theoretical concepts but are encouraged to apply these skills in real-world settings, ensuring their development as capable and confident leaders.
Wendy and Tiffany also lead many of our existing management and leadership workshops, providing a range of opportunities for skills development beyond the apprenticeship. For those looking to focus on specific areas, MTC Training offers the option to enrol in individual modules from the apprenticeship course, such as Leading People, Project Management, and Communication Workshops. These modules, supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), are ideal for professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills without committing to the full course.
