Recap: ‘Excel in Leadership Event- Enhancing Workplace Happiness & Business Efficiency’

On Wednesday, September 25th, the University of Sunderland’s Commercial Training Services team, in partnership with MTC Training, hosted the Excel in Leadership: Enhancing Workplace Happiness & Business Efficiency event. Held at St Peter’s Campus, the event brought together professionals from across Sunderland and the northeast to focus on skills development, leadership, and enhancing business efficiency using Microsoft Excel.

Leadership and Workplace Happiness Workshop

MTC Training, led the Leadership Workshop on Promoting Happiness in the Workplace. Attendees gained an insightful overview of leadership strategies that foster workplace happiness, improve team morale, and boost productivity.
