Overview
This Level 3 apprenticeship is designed for individuals moving into or currently operating in a Team Leader/Supervisor role. It provides a comprehensive understanding of leadership styles, team management models, and effective communication strategies. You will develop the skills and behaviours needed to become an effective leader, learning how to build high-performing teams, manage relationships, and drive operational success.
Upon completion, you will achieve Foundation Chartered Manager Status (fCMgr), providing a strong foundation for full Chartered Manager accreditation through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Course Details
- Delivery Method: Blended learning (group workshops, 1-1 coaching, online learning)

- End-Point Assessment: Includes a presentation, Q&A session, and professional discussion based on a portfolio of evidence.
Entry Requirements
You will need a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths before the End-Point Assessment. Your employer must also support your apprenticeship by allowing 20% off-the-job learning time.
Fees and Finance
For larger organisations, the apprenticeship levy and government funding can be used to cover fees. Smaller employers will receive 95% government funding, with the remainder co-invested by the business.
