Delegates joining this course can opt to prepare a training session following the workshop before attending another half day workshop where they would deliver their training to the group.

Work undertaken by delegates will allow them to achieve the ‘Understand the principles and practices of learning and development’ unit from the BIIAB L3 Certificate in Learning & Development.
