Success Story

When All Temps approached MTC for support to recruit an Apprentice, we felt Nathan would be an excellent candidate for the job. All Temps were really impressed with Nathan and he was offered the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant as an Apprentice, starting in September 2017.


12 months on, Nathan has developed his customer service skills and has improved his confidence when using the telephone and interviewing candidates. He was also able to build on his existing IT skills to improve a number of spreadsheets used within the business.


The Apprenticeship in Customer Service, has improved Nathan’s knowledge/understanding of employee rights and responsibilities, health and safety, customer service legislation – which he is able to apply directly to his role.


Nathans Apprenticeship is now close to completion, and in recognition of his hard work and the skills he has developed – has been offered a permanent position with All Temps.


All Temps fully recognise the value an Apprentice can bring to the business, and have therefore decided to recruit another this September.
