MTC035 - Microsoft Project 2003
You will create a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan. Building upon this knowledge, and giving you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase. You will exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, and reuse project plan information.
MTC043 - PRINCE2™ - Foundation
Project management is experiencing unprecedented growth and recognition as a profession. A consequence of this growth is increased reliance upon project management and the need to professionally recognise project management ability. As more companies adopt project management into their businesses, the demand for knowledgeable practitioners increases globally. PRINCE2™ (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised project management methodology which has gained widespread acceptance. Currently PRINCE2™ is used in 29 countries across the globe. Many companies adopt PRINCE2™ as their group-wide standard for Project Management. In gaining recognition as a project management professional, knowledge of such methodologies is paramount. PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner Certification form the basis of the PRINCE2™ accreditation program. Our intention is to teach the application of the PRINCE2™ components, processes and techniques. In addition our goal is for every participant to attain PRINCE2™ certification.
MTC044 - PRINCE2™ Upgrade from Foundation to Practitioner Level
The course comprises a mixture of input sessions and examination-based practical work. During the course delegates will undertake a number of mock examinations and gain feedback on their progress towards eventual success. Delegates will receive a wide range of project scenarios to help prepare them properly for the real examination scenario with confidence. Delegates will be required to complete selfstudy/coursework in the evening during the session. The PRINCE2™ Practitioners Course is designed to equip delegates to pass the Practitioners exam once they have completed the Foundation Course successfully. The PRINCE2™ Practitioners Exam is accredited by the Association of Project Management.
MTC045 - Prince2 Practitioner
The widespread use of PRINCE2 UK wide and internationally owes much to the fact that it is an easily tailored and scalable method that can be applied to all projects and situations across all sectors. As Scotland's Premier Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) Carnegie Enterprise Business Training and Development delivers PRINCE2 project management training throughout Scotland, UK wide and Internationally. PRINCE2 project management training is an intensive but rewarding course, requiring delegates to complete 15-20 hours of study prior to the start of the course. The main course content is also supported by some evening work during the programme. The PRINCE2 Practitioner Level Programme (5 days) provides delegates with a full understanding of the PRINCE2 project management methodology taking them to Registered Practitioner status. Carnegie Enterprise Business Training and Development works with a team of APM Group accredited training associates. Each has have an in depth knowledge of project management and years of experience across a range of industries.

MTC066 - Managing Successful Programmes
This is a five day event including the MSP Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner examinations. Delegates should be aware that considerable evening preparation and consolidation will be required by those that wish to pass the exams.
