Craig McGrath - Operations Manager

Craig has been with MTC for over 15 years.  He started in an Internal Sales role, moving through the ranks as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and then in recent years, as Operations Manager.

Gary Phillips - Technical Training Manager

With 18 years experience in the IT Industry, Gary started at MTC as a Technical Instructor / Consultant delivering a wide range of Technical Training. Having been with MTC over 10 years he now occupies the role of Technical Training Manager.

Monique Cresswell - Business Development Representative

Monique is MTC longest serving staff member, with over 20 years service.  For a number of those years Monique worked within an administrative role, and over this period got to know many of MTC clients as they attended courses.  This eased her transition in to her current role of Business Development Representative.

Heather Gatenby - Business Development Representative

Heather is the most recent addition to the team at MTC, although she has now been with us a number of years.  In her role as Business Development Representative, she manages various client accounts advising on their training and certification requirements.  Heather recently graduated from Northumbria University with first class honours degree in Leadership and Management.

Paula Scott - Clerical Assistant

Paula's role is central to most areas within MTC, and is another long standing member of staff with over 10 years service.  She is usually on reception to greet clients on arrival, undertakes both Prometric and VUE test Administration, looks after invoicing and payments, as well as a whole range of other duties.
